Yes, sample order is available for quality check and market test. and For Ebike sample, we have sample price, we can refund you
some charges after you put bulk order.
Q2: What’s the delivery time?
For our ordinary Ebikes, If we have in stock, we can deliver after order within 3-5 days. For
bulk order by container, it usually takes about 60 days for production.
Q3: What’s your payment terms?
We usually accept T/T, LC, or Alibaba online payment as the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated.
Q4: How does your factory do regarding the quality control?
Quality is a priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every Ebikes and the components will be fully assembled and carefully tested before packing and shipping.
Q5: Can I have my own Logo? Can I choose any color?
Yes, we accepted customize logo. And you can choose any color for the Ebikes.
Q6: Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container.
Q7: What’s your warranty terms?
We offer different warranty times for different components, please contact us for details. If your order quantity can be a container, we will send 1‰ spare parts for warranty service.
